This policy explains what Pinnacle Sales and Mail collects through this website, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. It covers this website only. It does not cover data your dealership shares with us under a signed services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
What we collect when you fill in a form
Our forms ask for some combination of the following, depending on the form: first and last name, email address, phone number, dealership or company name, dealership address, and ZIP code. We also record which page and which form the submission came from, so we know what you were asking about.
Some forms include a hidden field that is invisible to you and is used only to detect automated spam submissions. It is never used to identify you.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or assessment you asked for, and to follow up about the service you expressed interest in. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Who your information is shared with
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and handle enquiries. Each receives only what it needs:
- Salesforce — our customer relationship system. Form submissions are sent here, and this is where our record of your enquiry lives.
- Mailgun — sends us an email copy of each submission so an enquiry is never lost if the CRM is unavailable.
- eSEOspace — the agency that builds and maintains this website. A copy of form notifications is sent to them so they can confirm the forms are working.
- Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager — measures how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Calendly — if you book a meeting, your booking details are handled by Calendly.
- YouTube — some pages embed videos, which load only when you choose to play them.
We do not post your information publicly, and we do not use it to contact you about anything unrelated to the enquiry you made.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. These do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting, and browser-level or extension-based analytics blockers will prevent this measurement entirely.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pinnaclesalesandmail.com and tell us which you want. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email from us and say so, or use the same address.
Children
This site is for dealership professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
