Dealership Training Resources

The service drive, the sales floor, the desk and the F&I office — and the assessments that tell you which one to fix first.

This is the largest body of writing on the site and the one that took longest to find, because until now every piece of it sat at the root of the domain with nothing above it. Roughly half of it is about the service drive, which is not an accident: fixed ops is where most stores have the most obvious gap between what the advisor knows and what the advisor does.

The training itself splits by seat. Service advisor training and service management training cover the drive; sales consultant training and sales management training cover the floor and the desk; F&I manager training covers the box. Boot camp is the three-day intensive version of all of it.

Start with a measurement rather than a course. The in-store assessment and the virtual store assessmentboth exist to answer the question “which of these do we actually need,” and a secret shop will tell you more about your phone process in an afternoon than a month of reports will.
