Disclosure: Pinnacle Sales and Mail publishes this site and ranks itself first on this list. Every other company here was chosen and checked by us from its own published information in September 2026; none of them paid to be included.
The best automotive sales event companies for 2026 are Pinnacle Sales and Mail (staffed, hosted and off-site events plus its own mail and phone room), Automotive Experts, Prime Time Events, Strictly Results Marketing Group and Impact Direct. Choose the format first: staffed super sale, hosted event, off-site tent sale or mail-driven private sale.
How We Chose
This list covers dealership sales event companies in the broad sense: firms that put a full team on your floor, firms that send mail and one closer, firms that run off-site tent sales, and firms that design a mail-driven sale your own people work. If you only want to compare the companies that put their own closers and desk managers in your store, we cover that narrower question, including staffing ratios and how the gross is split, in our list of the best staffed sales event providers for dealerships.
To make the list, a company needed a working website in September 2026 that sells sales events to dealerships, signs of current activity, and a clear description of what it does at an event.
We ranked on the range of event formats, how clearly each company explains what you get, and how well mail, phones and floor work connect. Pinnacle Sales and Mail publishes this page and is on the list, so read our entry with that in mind. Everything said about other companies comes from their own sites, linked so you can check.

1. Pinnacle Sales and Mail
Pinnacle is a car dealership marketing company in Cornelius, North Carolina, with over 25 years in business, working nationwide "from California to the Carolinas" for large dealer groups and small independents alike. Owners Joe and Julie Cox say they have played a role in developing over 5,000 direct mail campaigns, staffed and non-staffed.
Best for: dealers who want the mail, the phone room and the floor planned by one team, with a choice of event formats.
What they offer:
- Staffed sales events, branded the Gross Infusion Event, with Pinnacle salespeople, desk managers and closers on your floor.
- Hosted events and off-site sales for stores that want to run more of the event themselves.
- Direct mail (design, print and mail) at wholesale pricing, including co-op eligible mailers for franchise stores that follow manufacturer guidelines. Pinnacle says it has delivered more than 500 million pieces of direct mail.
- BDC On Demand, its dealership-only call center, which can handle event-specific calls.
- Marketing credit for independents to offset event cost.
Pinnacle publishes these figures for its staffed events: 120 staffed events per year, an average of 735 leads per event, 58 cars sold per event and $309,000 average gross. These are Pinnacle's own numbers. Its site states a $300,000 guarantee on every staffed event: "if your dealership does not see an increase in sales that reaches at least $300,000 during the event, we will refund our fees."
One dealer review on Pinnacle's testimonials page, from Greg Walker, reads: "I have done business with Pinnacle Sales for over a decade. They are the only hosted event company I will use."
Worth knowing: Pinnacle does not sell websites, SEO or paid ad management as core services, so it is not the pick if you want your event company to run your ad accounts. Read the guarantee terms in full before you sign.
2. Automotive Experts
Automotive Experts is a New Orleans agency that describes itself as delivering staffed events, direct mail, Facebook promotion, BDC and turnkey sales events for dealerships nationwide, with over 20 years in the business.
Best for: dealers who want a branded, packaged sale rather than building one from scratch.
What they offer: staffed events where, it says, its team trains your managers and staff before the sale; a turnkey 10-day sale it markets as the Jimmy the Boxer Effect; direct mail, where it says it has an onsite USPS facility; Facebook promotion; and a BDC service whose live agents set appointments and deliver them by email or directly to your CRM. For staffed events it publishes averages of 300 events per year, 2,795 leads, 63 cars sold and $300K gross.
Worth knowing: published lead averages vary widely across this list, from hundreds to thousands per event, which usually reflects how a "lead" is defined. Ask for the definition before comparing.
3. Prime Time Events
Prime Time Events, based in Fernandina Beach, Florida, says it provides "fully staffed events and custom advertising for dealerships nationwide" and has over 23 years of experience. Its 5 to 10 day events are marketed through what it calls 9-channel omnimarketing.
Best for: dealers who want to take the sale off the lot to a new city or a new part of their market.
What they offer: on-site staffed events and turnkey off-site tent events. For tent sales it says it handles "all the legal permitting and event setup" and has over 1,000 event locations nationwide. It says all events use a 30-agent mobile call center that moves with the event, and that some dealers can hold a staffed event with no up-front cost.
Worth knowing: off-site rules differ by state. Ask which dealer license the sale runs under before you commit.
4. Strictly Results Marketing Group
Strictly Results Marketing Group is based in Tampa, Florida, and sells direct mail, staffed events, Facebook events, a live call center and customer gifts to dealerships. It lists more event formats than most: new or used car super sales, off-site sales, tent events, training events and greeter sales.
Best for: franchise stores that want the event mail paid through manufacturer co-op.
What they offer: it advertises "100% Co-Op Approved Events" and says it handles the pre-approval and submissions. It also says every event comes with a detailed Sales Match Back Report, and its site lists individual event results by store type and state.
Worth knowing: its posted results are selected examples, not averages. Ask for the full run of recent events in stores like yours.
5. Impact Direct
Impact Direct, also in Cornelius, North Carolina, sells targeted and sales event direct mail, plus social media, paid search and website management. Its owner, Josh Weaver, says he started the company in 2005.
Best for: dealers who want a large, themed sale mailer and will work the traffic with their own staff.
What they offer: it says it offers "a sales event direct mail product that is the largest in the U.S, over 4 times the size of a traditional direct mailer," with hundreds of themes or a custom build, and offers an outsourced BDC for stores without one. It also says campaigns can be out the door within 48 hours.
Not the best fit if: you want closers or a desk manager on your floor. Impact Direct does not advertise on-site sales staff, so your own team runs the event.
6. Willowood Ventures
Willowood Ventures leads with Facebook (Meta) sales events built around set appointments, and also sells staffed events, direct mail, email marketing, BDC services and consulting. It says it has 600+ dealer partners nationwide.
Best for: dealers who want a social-media-driven appointment event, with the option of adding a staffed team.
What they offer: Facebook sales events; staffed events of 5 to 10 days; direct mail it says can be designed, printed and in mailboxes within 72 hours; and a staffed event offer that includes a stated minimum sales guarantee and a "zero initial out of pocket" option.
Worth knowing: Facebook and mail events reach different buyers. Ask which one they recommend for your market and why.
7. Dealer Ignite
Dealer Ignite describes itself as "a full-service staffed-event & direct-mail firm" serving dealers coast to coast, with 80 years of combined dealership experience on its team.
Best for: dealers deciding between a full event team and a single closer.
What they offer: four services, each spelled out on its site. Staffed sales events put a closer, a desk manager and floor staff in your showroom for 10 days. Hosted sales events send one veteran closer for 10 days to work your existing leads and train your desk. It also sells direct mail and digital event campaigns that repeat the mail offer across Meta and Google ads, SMS and BDC outreach. It says zero out-of-pocket structures are available for qualified stores.
Worth knowing: its site lists no head office address; ask where the team is based and how travel is billed.
8. Johnny G Automotive Marketing
Johnny G Automotive Marketing is a Michigan company that says it has over two decades of experience and focuses on the central United States, with service pages for Missouri, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Best for: stores in the Midwest and central South that want a regional event company.
What they offer: staffed super sales built on what it calls market-exclusive, copyrighted mailers, which it says generate 800 to 1,200 ups in five days; direct mail campaigns; plus sales and BDC training and digital marketing. Its site posts 2026 event results.
Not the best fit if: your store is outside the regions it lists.
9. Cornerstone Marketing Solutions
Cornerstone Marketing Solutions is a full-service advertising agency in Hendersonville, Tennessee, that says it has served automotive dealerships since 2013.
Best for: dealers who want radio, TV and outdoor advertising around the event, not just mail.
What they offer: direct mail, digital services, TV and YouTube commercials, Pandora and radio ads, billboards and staffed events. For staffed events it sends team leaders and sales reps.
Worth knowing: it notes its staffed events are in high demand and "you may not receive your first choice date," so book early if your date is fixed.

How to Choose a Sales Event Company
Start with the format, then the company. Each format solves a different problem:
- Staffed super sale: you need volume fast and your floor cannot absorb a surge. The vendor brings closers and a desk.
- Hosted event: your team is solid; you want the mail and a closer, with your own desk in charge.
- Off-site or tent sale: you want to reach a new town. Permits and licensing become part of the job.
- Mail-driven private sale: a themed invitation worked entirely by your staff.
Then ask every company:
- What counts as a "lead" and a "sale" in your published averages?
- Who answers the phone when the mail lands, including after hours?
- Who approves the mail copy and checks offers, disclaimers and prize language?
- Can we speak to two dealers who ran an event with you in the last six months?
If your plan is mostly about the mail, compare mail vendors side by side in our list of the best automotive direct mail companies. For co-op rules on franchise mail, see our page on co-op direct mailers, and for the prep work any event needs, read what to expect when preparing for a dealership marketing event.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a staffed event and a hosted event?
In a staffed event the vendor brings salespeople, closers and usually a desk manager to work the traffic its marketing creates. In a hosted event the vendor supplies the mail and one or two closers, and your own desk and finance office run the deals. Hosted events cost less and keep control with you.
Are tent sales and off-site events legal everywhere?
Rules differ by state and city. Many states limit where and how often a dealer can sell off its licensed lot, and local governments may require permits for tents, electrical work and signage. Ask the event company who handles the permits and which license the sale runs under, and check with your state dealer association.
How do sales event companies get paid?
Structures vary. Some charge a flat fee for the event and the mail, some take a share of the gross the event produces, and many combine the two. Some advertise no up-front cost, which usually means their fee comes out of the event gross. Get the formula in writing, including how front and back gross are counted.
Do sales event companies also handle the phone calls?
Some do. Prime Time Events says its events use a mobile call center, Impact Direct offers an outsourced BDC, and Pinnacle's BDC On Demand can take event calls. If your vendor does not, staff your own BDC for the week the mail lands.
Summary
Choose the format first. Pinnacle Sales and Mail (our own company) covers staffed, hosted and off-site events with its own mail and phone room. Automotive Experts and Prime Time Events suit packaged or off-site sales, Strictly Results Marketing Group leans on co-op funded events, and Impact Direct fits stores that will work the floor themselves.
